  4. I love it. It reminds me of another poem... well, actually a song. "Morning Has Broken" by Cat Stevens.

  8. I love that photo. Estivation, is that a ridiculously high estimation? Fecund, is that some sort of green feces? I'm a small words guy...

  9. OH

    The sunlight streams down
    Filtered haze illuminates
    Green beauty in the forest

Your words and picture are glorious! The picture elicited my stunned response.

I had to look up both words... never heard estivation and fecund before. Thanks for the great lessons learned today.

  13. This is strange - I'm sure i left a comment yesterday, but it's not here!

So I'll say it again - this is absolutely lovely! Both the picture and the words. Lovely.

Thanks for visiting mine. Yes, the old scooters were very low on the ground, and this one looks tiny. My son has a much bigger, modern machine.

  16. Dragonstar: If it weren't for other drivers (who can't drive) I'd get me a scooter to scoot to work on.

    Daniel: Thank-you.

Tom: Mother Nature did most of the work.
