That is a beautifully iced cake: how on earth did you manage to keep the frosting in such a state of perfection in the piping round the edge?

Arnea: The cake is moist, rich, chocolately and fluffy with icy that is not too sugary. It’s the best recipe ever. I’ll post it later.
